Position Overview Stella Maris Academy is seeking applications from qualified and mission-aligned educators for current and future teaching opportunities. This posting is not limited to a specific grade level or subject area. Key Responsibilities Depending on assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Teaching in accordance with the classical liberal arts tradition
• Implementing a curriculum grounded in theology, phonics, classical literature, Latin, history, mathematics, and the sciences
• Integrating Catholic faith and moral formation across subjects
• Establishing an orderly, joyful, and disciplined classroom culture
• Collaborating with colleagues, administrators, and parents
• Participating in school liturgical life, professional development, and community events
• Supporting the school's mission and upholding its Catholic identity Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Teaching experience strongly preferred
• Commitment to the teachings and moral vision of the Catholic Church
• Familiarity with or openness to classical pedagogy
• Strong classroom management skills and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
