Job Summary:
The Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions at Regis University is seeking Affiliate Faculty to teach various terms (8-week terms, semester, variable), in online-asynchronous, video synchronous, and classroom-based graduate-level courses in Health Care Ethics. Contracts are issued per course. Continued teaching contracts are not guaranteed.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Affiliate faculty teach graduate level courses in healthcare ethics. A completed course shell and syllabus are provided. Faculty deliver content in multiple avenues including face-to-face lecture and engagement activities, recorded virtual lectures, engagement with student posts on the discussion board, response to student questions, and providing feedback on graded assignments. Faculty hold 1 ½ virtual office hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
A master's degree in philosophy, ethics, philosophy of religion, religious studies, health care ethics, moral theology, or an equivalent degree is required.

Work Schedule:
Rolling terms beginning 2026 Summer semester (5/4-8/23/26) These positions will remain open until filled, with a preferred application deadline of March 10th, 2026. This position is benefits-eligible for workers' compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
Pay Rate:
$3,750 per course with Masters degree, $4,200 per course with doctoral degree
