We are seeking a passionate follower of Jesus to lead a public high school Christian club, disciple students, and help build a culture of prayer and Gospel-centered community on campus. We are looking for revivalists who are healthy, holy, humble, and hungry , and who desire to live out the Greatest Commandment by loving the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. This is more than a job. It is an opportunity to invest in the spiritual transformation of a generation. Last year, our clubs regularly saw 80-100 students attending weekly, with more than 100 students making decisions to follow Christ. Compensation $300 per weekly club led Additional $50 per club for travel exceeding 45 minutes $75 per week for leading a student prayer and discipleship group $75 per week for leading a parent prayer group
Job Type:
Part-Time (Approximately 10 Hours Per Week) Duties Lead weekly Christian club meetings that are Spirit-led and grounded in Scripture Prepare and share Gospel-centered messages with students Pray with and minister to students, creating an environment where they feel safe, seen, valued, and loved Lead a weekly student prayer and discipleship gathering Mentor and develop student leaders Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, faculty sponsors, and volunteers Recruit, train, and support volunteers who assist with club activities Coordinate communication through texts, emails, and social media Purchase refreshments and assist with event planning and outreach initiatives Participate in weekly Crossroads prayer gatherings, bi-weekly staff meetings, and leadership coaching sessions Help cultivate prayer movements and Gospel movements that impact schools and communities Qualifications A growing and vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ Consistent personal prayer life and commitment to spiritual growth Demonstrated Christian character, integrity, and teachability Active involvement in a local church and willingness to receive spiritual accountability Passion for prayer, evangelism, discipleship, revival, and student ministry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, students, and families Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms Self-motivated, dependable, and servant-hearted Preferred Experience Experience working with youth, students, or young adults in a ministry, church, educational, or nonprofit setting Experience leading Bible studies, prayer meetings, discipleship groups, or outreach initiatives Experience mentoring students and developing leaders Experience coordinating events, volunteers, or community engagement activities Referral Bonus Available Know someone who would be a great fit?
