- Competitive compensation based on MGMA median ($550K+ base + wRVU bonus)
- 4 clinic days + 1 administrative day
- Exceptional team support and collegial culture (APPs, Nurse Navigator, and Schedulers)
- Manageable volume: 12-16 patients/day once ramped
- Low-burden call: 1:16 rotation, APPs take first calljust a handful of calls per year
