DESCRIPTIONRecruiting:

Assist our Recruiting Coordinator with posts and stories to put on IG and any other social media outlets to send to recruitsWeekly post of games for recruits and coachesSpreadsheet of recruits games - AAU & HS schedulesCreate coaches schedules for AAU live recruiting periodsOfficial and Unofficial visits on campus (as instructed by the RC)

Practice:

On the floor 30 minutes early to prep for practiceAssist coaches with pre-season & post-season workoutsAttend each of our coaches workouts (rebound, defend, etc.)In charge of practice playersWho can attend & track how many practices each practice player attendsPut the practice players through opponents plays to help prepare team for games

Scouting:

Clips and edits from Synergy or our editing softwarePersonnel on the physical scout and personnel edit for the coachesDraw up each opponent plays on Fast DrawATOs and EOGs edits and physical copy for gamesPrint physical scouts for players and coachesGame duties and responsibilities:

In charge of managers to prep for on court warm-ups and locker room set upStat Press percentages and outcomeStat Kills 3 stops in a rowHave ATOs and EOG sheet ready

Other Duties:

Assist the Equipment Coach as needed with equipmentAssist with CampAdhere to NCAA, University and Big South Rules and PoliciesDuties as assigned by Coach Williams
