Job Description We seek an Associate Rector to join the clergy team in sacerdotal ministry, ministering the Word and Sacraments, with oversight of Family Ministry, community building, and teaching the gospel. We are a Christ-centered Episcopal parish that is growing with an ASA exceeding 415 and Sunday services at 7:30, 9:00, and 11:15 am. Our life together extends far beyond Sunday as we live out our mission to be a community of worship, hospitality, healing, and hope, sharing the love of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. One way we embody this mission is by serving as a hub of daily connection through Christian formation programs for all ages, Sunday lunch, community events, and outreach ministries. Our campus includes a Day School, Dance Academy, Churchyard, Food Closet ministry, retail Thrift Shop, and two Rectories. The ideal candidate will have: A heart for, and experience in, oversight of Children's Ministry Excellent communication skills, especially in preaching, teaching, and writing Ability to be collaborative and flexible
