The current need is immediate, and you'll remain in this vital role through May 2027, working approximately 20 hours per week.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Valid certification or credentials as an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher Experience delivering adaptive PE in school settings, preferably across multiple sites Proven ability to manage makeup and regular service minutes Confidence in conducting student assessments and participating in IEP meetings Strong organizational and communication abilities Flexibility to travel between school sites (San Dimas, Pasadena, Chino Hills)

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver adaptive PE curriculum onsite for students at three non-public schools Directly serve 4 students in San Dimas (primary location), and provide services for individual students in Pasadena and Chino Hills Maintain accurate records of service minutes and progress Engage in IEP meetings, contribute to collaborative teams, and complete assessments as required Provide both scheduled and makeup services as needed
