This is a unique opportunity for educators with a Physical Education credential who are excited to bring creativity, structure, and joy to movement-based learning. Our program blends physical education best practices with a Waldorf-inspired approach, emphasizing cooperation, coordination, and student development through games, movement, and outdoor activity. • Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate physical education and games lessons
• Foster teamwork, cooperation, and positive sportsmanship
• Support students' physical development, coordination, and overall well-being
• Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment indoors and outdoors
• Adapt instruction to support diverse learners, including students with IEPs and 504 plans
• Assess student progress and contribute to report cards
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with families
• Support school festivals, events, and community activities
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives Skills & Qualifications
• Valid California Single Subject Physical Education Credential required
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
• Ability to lead engaging, structured, and developmentally appropriate movement activities
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all students
