Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Physical Education (PE) Instructor to inspire students to develop lifelong healthy habits through engaging physical activity and sports. In this role, you will guide young athletes through a variety of different sports, and make a lasting impact on their lives through sports. This paid position offers an exciting opportunities, while advancing your career in the fitness and sports coaching industry. Responsibilities Implement innovative sports programs through a variety of sports. Lead engaging sports coaching activities, and develop sport specific skills in our youth athletes Ensure safety by applying manual handling techniques, first aid procedures, CPR, AED operation, and adhering to health and safety standards Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and respect among participants Motivate and inspire youth athletes through engaging programs, creating a positive impact socially, physically, and mentally. Experience Experience in the fitness industry with a focus on physical fitness training, coaching, or personal training/ Experience in Youth Coaching or Physical Education. Demonstrated ability to develop effective program designs for the youth based on physiology knowledge and body mechanics principles. Previous work with athletes or in sports coaching environments is highly desirable Certifications such as CPR/AED First Aid are required. Experience working within health clubs or gym/Recreation environments with a focus on client communication and customer service skills Leadership experience in team settings or fitness centers is preferred Join us to empower students through active learning while advancing your expertise in physical education!
