Position Summary Real Life Christian Academy is expanding and seeking an Upper School Physical Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year . Key Responsibilities RLCA teachers are responsible for helping students learn the attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians. In this role, teachers design and oversee classroom instruction. This instruction meets the requirements of school standards. Additionally, they use a variety of activities and structures. These help differentiate instruction and foster student development. Furthermore, RLCA encourages a growing Christian walk, a genuine love for students, and a positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude. As a result, teachers must maintain a lifestyle consistent with the mission of the church and academy. In doing so, they act as Christian role models for students. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background screenings and compliance with state regulations for school personnel.
