Immediately Job Description Teach classes primarily in grades six through eight, with the potential to teach high school courses, including Physical Education and Fit for Life. Collaborate with other Physical Education teachers, departments, and support staff to provide engaging and meaningful learning experiences for students. Develop and implement lessons and activities that promote physical fitness, wellness, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits. Differentiate instruction and provide appropriate support to meet the needs of all learners. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Participate in assigned duties in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Attend staff meetings, professional development, required trainings, and other meetings throughout the school year. Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with families and colleagues regarding student progress and needs. Support school-wide initiatives, activities, and events as appropriate. Potentially perform other duties as assigned by the administration. Salary range: $52,803-$91,482, dependent upon education and experience.
