Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Teen Development Instructor to shape the next generation of disciplined, high-performing individuals. We are revolutionizing the way children will be educated here at American Apex Academy. This role is central to our mission in delivering instruction and guidance across physical conditioning, practical nutrition, essential life skills, and foundational leadership principles. You will be responsible for developing children ages 10-18. You will be leading workouts, teaching life skills, and assisting families in the development of America's next generations. You will be responsible for inspiring, guiding, and pushing our teens to master themselves and work effectively in teams, ensuring they develop the mental toughness and practical abilities needed to excel in all aspects of life. This position isn't about teaching. This position is about forging character and building leaders. If you are pursuing purpose and not a paycheck. Must have the mindset of leading by example.
