Duties Develop and implement dynamic curricula tailored to early childhood development standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote active learning and curiosity among children. Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying positive behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful environment. Support children's emotional well-being through attentive childcare practices, fostering confidence and independence. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor progress, discuss developmental milestones, and plan individualized support when needed. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to track learning outcomes and inform instructional strategies. Incorporate specialized educational approaches such as Montessori or early intervention techniques to meet diverse student needs. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and behavioral observations to ensure compliance with educational standards. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must be loving Must be able to pass a background check CPR certified or willing to obtain Must be a team player

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
