The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves working with young learners PK-6th Grade, running an engaging, hands-on Robotics lesson plans, and implementing effective classroom management strategies. experiences with FIRST competition is plus. The Instructor will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of students and supporting their academic and personal growth. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment. Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring when necessary, to enhance their understanding of subjects. Conduct standardized testing and assess student progress regularly to inform instructional strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials that promote comprehensive learning experiences. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to build a supportive school community. Teach physical education classes, promoting health and fitness among students. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to maintain an organized learning environment. Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for early childhood education. Ability to teach stem education effectively, encouraging active lifestyles among students. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
