Talent Pool for Adjunct Faculty -
History & Political Science Disciplines Position Type :
Part-time, adjunct, in-person only
Compensation :
$825 - $975 per credit, based on adjunct faculty rank (determined by education and experience)
Location :
NHTI Concords Community College, Concord, NH Overview:
NHTI Concords Community College is building a pool of qualified adjunct faculty candidates across various disciplines to fulfill future instructional needs. Joining this pool offers an opportunity to teach courses that provide students with essential knowledge in areas such as history and political science with an emphasis on practical applications and real-world relevance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education :
Master's degree in history, political science or a relevant field
Experience :
Prior teaching experience required and familiarity with Canvas (or similar LMS) preferred
Residency :
Must reside in
NH Position Responsibilities:
Course Delivery :
Provide instruction using curricula aligned with department and program standards.
Student Engagement :
Foster active learning through discussions, assignments, and assessments.
Assessment & Feedback :
Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
Professional Development :
Stay current in your field and adhere to institutional policies and guidelines.
