JOB SUMMARY
CCRI?s Department of Social Science invites applicants for future adjunct positions. This posting is not for an immediate vacancy but for upcoming opportunities. By applying, you will be placed in a pool of candidates who will be reviewed when a suitable position becomes available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mission:
Demonstrate a commitment to the philosophy and mission of a comprehensive community college. Work collaboratively with others in a diverse and inclusive environment. Work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive, and student-centered environment, with students of various learning styles, cultures, identities, and life-experiences.
Instructional Skills:
Plan, develop, present, and modify courses from proposal, to syllabus, to delivery (classroom, hybrid, or online), to assessment, to evaluation. Teach assigned courses Convey knowledge and skills effectively to students. Continue professional development as an educator. Use advanced technologies to expand student resources and learning opportunities. Assess student learning according to best practices in measurement of student performance objectives and outcomes. Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in pedagogical approaches to a diverse population of students and peers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master?s Degree in identified field Experience teaching in the field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Teaching Experience in Two-Year Institutions Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa including student visas.
