Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and mission-driven Director to lead our childcare center. The ideal candidate combines strong administrative and leadership skills with a genuine heart for ministry, early childhood education, and family engagement. This individual will oversee daily operations, staff, curriculum, and licensing compliance while fostering a warm, Christ-honoring atmosphere for children, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide spiritual and operational leadership for the center in alignment with our mission and statement of faith Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and mentor teaching staff Ensure compliance with applicable state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements Oversee curriculum development, ensuring age-appropriate academic and biblical instruction Manage enrollment, tuition, budgeting, and day-to-day administrative operations Build strong relationships with parents, church leadership, and the community Lead staff devotions, prayer, and professional development Handle parent communication, conflict resolution, and family support with grace and professionalism Maintain a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children of all backgrounds Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Christian Ministry, or related field (required); Director's credential or state-required certification (desired).
