Job Description
The Village Early Learning Center is seeking a passionate and organized Learning Center Administrator to oversee daily operations, staff leadership, licensing compliance, and family engagement. This role is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children, families, and staff while ensuring compliance with Arkansas childcare licensing requirements. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Early Learning Center Ensure compliance with Arkansas childcare licensing regulations Lead, supervise, and support center staff Manage staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and classroom ratios Maintain licensing records, child files, and staff documentation Build positive relationships with families and community partners Support staff training, professional development, and team culture Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and emergency preparedness standards are met Assist with budgeting, purchasing, enrollment growth, and community outreach Qualifications Must meet Arkansas licensing requirements for Child Care Center Administrators Minimum 5 years of experience in a licensed childcare or early childhood setting Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Knowledge of Arkansas Child Care Licensing Requirements preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems Must pass all required background checks and trainings What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is organized, compassionate, team-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive learning environment for children while supporting staff and families.
