Job Summary:

Dandy Lion Montessori School is looking for a full-time preschool administrator or a director, depending on one's experience. We are primarily looking for someone who has prior experience and education related to early childhood education. For this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, skilled with office technology, and eager to learn just as the children are! What you'll do Support the upkeep of the school, in terms of bookkeeping and enrollment Engage with the families and community organizations in a positive, effective manner Supervise and hire staff to satisfy the requirements of licensing and growing enrollment Basic qualifications Minimum of 12 ECE units Minimum of 3 Administration units or experience in administration Experience working with office technology Previously experience working with children Preferred qualifications Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Knowledge about Montessori Knowledge about CA Child Care Licensing Rules (Title 22) Flexibility in schedules About us: Dandy Lion Montessori School is a private Montessori preschool in Grover Beach, CA.
