$60,000-$75,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications) Position Summary Brilla Sprouts Daycare is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Daycare Director to lead the daily operations of our childcare center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of early childhood education, and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff. The Daycare Director will oversee all aspects of the center, including staff management, enrollment, family engagement, curriculum implementation, licensing compliance, budgeting, and overall business operations. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining a high-quality educational environment while supporting the growth and success of both children and employees. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education, childcare administration, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of childcare licensing regulations and compliance requirements. Experience hiring, supervising, and mentoring staff. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. CPR and First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain certification). Experience with enrollment management, budgeting, and family engagement. Experience working within Colorado childcare regulations is preferred.
