Oversee enrollment growth, family retention, marketing initiatives, and community partnerships. Manage budgets, staffing, operational performance, and key business metrics. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen educational quality, operational efficiency, and the overall family experience. Support and develop future leaders while creating opportunities for professional growth throughout the organization. Represent the center with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Lead by example with a willingness to support classrooms and daily operations whenever needed. Create a culture where children, families, and educators can reach their fullest potential every day.
