Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality teachers who are committed to our mission and values. Ensure that all teachers are professionally trained, supported, and equipped with the resources they need to provide an exceptional learning experience for children. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among teachers and encourage ongoing professional development and growth. Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child's learning and development. Manage the center's budget, including financial planning and reporting, and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
