Join Our Team as a Center Director We are seeking an exceptional Center Director to lead our Eustis childcare center. Responsibilities Lead all daily operations of the childcare center. Ensure every classroom consistently provides exceptional care and high-quality early childhood education. Hire, train, coach, and develop teachers to reach their highest potential. Create a positive, professional culture built on respect, accountability, and teamwork. Maintain compliance with all state licensing regulations and company policies. Ensure classrooms are safe, clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate. Build strong, trusting relationships with families through excellent communication and customer service. Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure children are engaged in meaningful learning experiences every day. Address concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining the highest standards of care. Oversee enrollment, staffing, scheduling, and center performance. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare center required. Director Credential Strong knowledge of Florida licensing regulations. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Experience managing staff performance and fostering professional growth. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
