This is a unique opportunity to help build a center from the ground up while making a meaningful impact on children, families, and staff. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families, has a positive attitude, communicates well with parents, and can help create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. While experience is important, we place a high value on personality, leadership, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships with families and staff.Responsibilities:
- Assist with the licensing and pre-opening process
- Ensure compliance with Florida DCF requirements
- Help recruit, train, and support teaching staff
- Help maintain classroom ratios and daily operations
- Welcome and assist prospective families
- Conduct tours and support enrollment efforts
- Foster positive relationships with parents and staff
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing environment
- Assist with center growth and community outreach
Qualifications:
- Florida Director Credential required
- Childcare experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Organized and dependable
- Ability to lead a team and build strong relationships
