Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to help lead our large, thriving preschool. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education administration and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our preschool program, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education and our staff are supported and motivated. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool program, including curriculum development and implementation. Manage and develop a team of preschool teachers, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure staff deliver a magical preschool experience. Ensure the center is operating efficiently and effectively, meeting all enrollment targets and operational benchmarks. Collaborate with ownership and the education administration team to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission and goals. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Strong knowledge of DCF and Palm Beach County licensing rules and regulations.
