In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of innovative curricula, foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for young learners, and collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to promote excellence in early education. Your leadership will ensure that our preschool provides a vibrant foundation for children's growth, learning, and development while aligning with organizational goals and standards. Duties Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of age-appropriate curricula that support holistic child development. Manage daily operations of the preschool, including staffing, classroom management, and compliance with licensing regulations. Supervise teachers and staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and high-performing team. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to enhance program quality. Implement strategic planning initiatives to expand program reach, improve educational outcomes, and strengthen community engagement. Lead fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, organizing events, and securing grants to support preschool initiatives. Represent the preschool in public forums through engaging presentations, community outreach, and advocacy for early childhood education. Experience Proven experience in education administration or leadership within early childhood or preschool settings. Extensive classroom teaching experience with young children to demonstrate hands-on understanding of early learning environments. Strong background in curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children. Demonstrated success in managing teams, supervising staff, and fostering collaborative work environments. Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities related to educational programs. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including parents, staff, and community partners.
