Duties Provide strong leadership and strategic planning to guide the preschool's vision, goals, and growth initiatives. Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education best practices and legal standards. Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff, facilitating professional development opportunities to enhance instructional quality. Oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education and school safety. Lead fundraising efforts to support program expansion, facility improvements, and community outreach initiatives. Foster positive relationships with families, community partners, and regulatory agencies to promote a welcoming and inclusive school environment. Skills Extensive experience in preschool or early childhood education administration with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Proven expertise in curriculum development tailored for young children that promotes learning through play and exploration. Strong management skills including personnel supervision, team leadership, and faculty evaluation. Knowledge of legal requirements related to early childhood education, special education law, and educational compliance standards. Ability to develop budgets as an executive education administrator while managing resources effectively. Skilled in strategic planning, fundraising strategies, and educational program growth initiatives. Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking, team leadership, and community engagement. Experience in school administrative roles such as School Director or similar leadership positions within K-12 or preschool settings.
