Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Naples' award-winning Preschool of the Arts is seeking a full-time classroom and operations support to join our exceptional team of early childhood educators. Naples' premier Preschool is seeking a qualified individual to join our team to provide support to our classrooms and to daily operations. The ideal candidate will by excited to support the operations of a busy preschool, inspire creativity in the classroom environment, be a warm and loving caregiver, as well as a responsible educational leader.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm with the possibility of one afternoon per week of extended care Educator in this position will: Provide FL DCFS Training Transcript verifying FL 45-hour training certificates Have knowledge of Early Childhood Development practices Support morning and afternoon car line for children's drop offs and dismissals Provide coverage in classrooms and support to students as needed Support school operations as needed Have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing using correct grammar Have the ability to work as a team player Have a positive attitude and be passionate about supporting and inspiring students We offer: Competitive pay, state of the art facilities, supportive administration, and opportunities for professional growth.
