Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Preschool Center Director to join the leadership team at their brand-new childcare center in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a genuine love for children, and a strong commitment to education. REQUIRED

Education:

Bachelors degree

REQUIRED

Leadership Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool with at least 130 enrolled students and at least 20 employees Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
