PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Drive Enrollment (Sales) Meet with parents, assess student needs, and confidently recommend academic programs. Your goal is to convert consultations into enrollments. 2. Lead and Manage Staff Oversee teachers, set expectations, coach performance, and uphold instructional quality. 3. Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience Ensure parents feel understood, supported, and confident in their child's academic plan. 4. Oversee Daily Operations Manage scheduling, quality checks, reporting, and overall center performance. 5. Make Timely Decisions Handle parent requests, staffing matters, and scheduling challenges with confidence and urgency.

Strong enrollment and revenue growth High parent satisfaction and retention A motivated and high-performing teacher team Smooth daily operations Consistent, measurable student progress A well-run center with energy, structure, and leadership You function as the operational and sales leader of the center.
REQUIREMENTS
Natural leadership instincts Strong communication and sales skills High personal accountability and initiative Ability to handle conflict and maintain professionalism Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment High emotional intelligence Availability for some evenings or weekends as needed Schedule 11:30am-8pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-2pm Saturday Experience in education is a plus but not required. We hire for leadership personality and drive first.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
