POSITION
OVERVIEW
Undergo a three-month training period to ultimately provide the overall supervision and management of the total operation of a school-age program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains center compliance with Federal, State, Local licensing standards, grant requirements and agency standards. Serves as liaison between center staff and agency administration. Maintains all center records and reviews, approves and submits all reports as required. Administers agency fee collection process. Develops curriculum plans and overall program schedule. Maintains budget controls and manages the appropriate use and care of program facilities and equipment. Hires, orientates, monitors and evaluates center's staff..
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field with 12 to 18 ECE credits, 6 of which must meet the "staff member in charge" criteria, plus 2 years direct experience in early childhood. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for degree. Must also have management and supervisory experience. Bring
