Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, collaborative Preschool Director to lead the daily operations of a high-quality early childhood education program. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with a passion for developing staff, supporting families, and creating a safe, engaging learning environment where children can thrive. Duties Provide leadership and oversight for all preschool operations. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teachers and staff. Ensure compliance with Florida licensing regulations and health and safety standards. Oversee curriculum implementation and maintain high educational standards. Develop and manage the annual budget and monitor enrollment. Foster positive relationships with families and serve as the primary point of contact. Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Florida Director Credential (required). Minimum five years of leadership experience in early childhood education. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills. CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain). Experience with Procare software preferred. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
