The ideal candidate will have a strong and established track record of leading and growing a Center. Christian Faith is required to carry out the mission of our school effectively.

Experience:

We are looking for a team player who is energetic, highly organized, dedicated to details and has a caring attitude toward faculty and parents. Must have 5+ yrs recent experience leading a Center of over 100 students, and managing staff and teachers.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center. Supervise all staff, maintain up-to-date employee and student files, and billing, and assure continuous compliance with Florida Dept. of Health. Oversee hiring process and orientation for new staff Oversee contract with Early Learning Coalition of PBC for VPK and School Readiness Programs. Leadership development of faculty Conduct parent tours, and manage incoming online and phone inquiries by prospective new families. Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills in English. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the School Readiness Program through ELC and be familiar with DOH rules and regulations for child care centers. Experience with Brightwheel is a plus.

Qualifications:

5+ Years of Center Leadership Experience (required) Florida Director's Credentials (required)

Education:

Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education is (strongly preferred).
