Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic School Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is committed to excellence in early childhood education, staff development, and family engagement. This role is responsible for the overall daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of teachers and administrative staff Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and company standards Maintain a strong focus on educational quality and curriculum implementation Build positive relationships with families and the community Oversee enrollment, retention, and school growth initiatives Manage school operations, including budgeting and staffing Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative school culture
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a preschool or childcare setting Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements and early childhood best practices Proven ability to lead and inspire a team Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
