FLOATING DIRECTOR

About the Role- This role requires travel within South GA
- We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Floating Director who can step into our schools when leadership support is needed most.
- Step into assigned schools and provide effective onsite leadership and operational support.
- Assess school needs and establish priorities to maintain stability and strengthen performance.
- Lead and support school employees through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
- Ensure strong family communication, engagement, and overall experience.
- Drive enrollment, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, health and safety, and company requirements.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and maintain high-quality educational experiences.
- Monitor financial and operational performance and address areas requiring improvement.
- Partner with Regional Directors and field leaders to communicate school needs, risks, and progress.
- Support smooth leadership transitions and effective handoffs to incoming or returning Directors. What We're Looking For We are looking for a leader who can walk into a new environment, quickly understand what is happening, build relationships, and provide the direction and stability a school needs.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in early childhood education, school administration, or a similar operational setting.
- Previous early childhood teaching experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood licensing, accreditation, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret operational and financial information and use data to make decisions.
- Must meet applicable state-specific qualifications and credentials to serve as a Director in the state(s) in which assigned.
- Must meet applicable Universal Pre-K (UPK) certification or qualification requirements where required.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly between assigned schools.
- Must be at least 21 years of age. What You Can Expect This is a field-based position requiring regular travel between assigned schools. Assignments will vary based on business needs and may occasionally require travel outside your immediate area or overnight. Flexibility for extended hours, evenings, or occasional weekends may also be required. What You'll Get

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
