Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who can inspire teachers, build strong family partnerships, foster enrollment growth, and maintain a high-quality learning environment where children and staff flourish. Position Summary The Director provides overall leadership and management of the Early Learning Center, overseeing daily operations, staff development, curriculum implementation, family engagement, regulatory compliance and enrollment growth. In addition, the Director manages the CACFP, Georgia Pre-K Program and CAPS Program. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a passion for excellence in early childhood education and a commitment to building a positive school culture. The Director reports to the Executive Director and supports in policy execution.
Pay:
$52,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
