Directors play an integral role in leading our centers to success and we are seeking an experienced Director for our Boise, Idaho location! When you join our team as a Center Director you will: Lead teaching staff, support families, and achieve enrollment and operational objectives Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community contacts Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed including infant/toddler teacher and/or cook when necessary. We envision this position to be partially spent in a classroom since it is a smaller center. Partner with the Regional Director on facility operations, licensing, enrollments, billing and more.
