Role:

Join Tiny Tots Learning Ministry as the Director, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young minds in a loving and educational environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive team culture. Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and promote the ministry's mission. Monitor and manage budgetary needs, including tuition rates and funding opportunities. Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and implement strategies for improvement. Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children.

Maintain Social Media Accounts Transportation of Children Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, parents, and the community. Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for children of diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Passion for early childhood education and commitment to the mission of Tiny Tots Learning Ministry.
