Supervise faculty and staff through effective personnel management, including hiring, evaluations, professional development facilitation, and performance coaching. Oversee classroom quality assurance by conducting regular observations, providing instructional leadership, and supporting teachers in instructional improvement. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance school growth, community engagement, and fundraising initiatives to support program sustainability. Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to childhood development, special education law, and educational compliance. Foster a positive school culture that emphasizes teamwork, inclusive practices, child-centered learning environments, and family engagement. Manage budgets efficiently as an educational administrator while maintaining transparency and accountability in financial practices. Facilitate staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to promote continuous learning among team members. Maintain open communication channels with parents, community partners, and regulatory agencies to uphold the school's reputation for excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood or K-12 settings; prior preschool director experience is highly preferred. Strong background in curriculum development with a focus on childhood development principles. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an education administrator along with strategic planning capabilities. Extensive knowledge of educational compliance standards including special education law and childhood development regulations. Excellent management skills with experience supervising staff and facilitating professional growth initiatives. Ability to lead instructional teams through evaluation processes and instructional leadership strategies. Skilled in public speaking and community outreach to foster positive relationships with families and stakeholders. Deep understanding of early childhood education best practices combined with classroom teaching experience in early learning environments.
