Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Andover Salary:
$70,000 per year
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday Lead a School Where Children and Teachers Thrive The Learning Experience•is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead one of our premier early childhood education centers. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing teachers, building meaningful family relationships, and creating an outstanding educational experience for every child. As Center Director, you will oversee every aspect of the school's daily operations while mentoring your leadership team, supporting enrollment growth, maintaining licensing excellence, and fostering a culture where both children and educators succeed. Responsibilities Lead all daily center operations Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain exceptional educators Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations Drive enrollment growth and family retention Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational budgets Build lasting relationships with families and the local community Create a positive culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence Qualifications Previous Center Director or Preschool Director experience preferred Massachusetts Director I & II Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately) Strong understanding of Massachusetts EEC licensing Exceptional leadership and communication skills Passion for coaching educators and developing high-performing teams Benefits $70,000 annual salary Performance bonus opportunities Leadership development Childcare discount Paid Time Off Health benefits Career advancement opportunities Join a school where your leadership will shape the lives of children, families, and educators every day.
