A center that started in the owners home more than 30 years ago and has since blossomed into a separate entity from the home. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an established business with a stellar reputation, loyal families, and strong community recognition. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Enrollment Develop and execute strategies to maintain full enrollment. Build relationships with local families and community organizations. Identify opportunities to expand services and improve profitability. Educational Leadership Design, implement, and oversee age-appropriate learning programs for children ages 3 months through 5 years. Ensure programming supports developmental milestones and school readiness. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Stay current on best practices in early childhood education. Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the center. Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements. Maintain policies, procedures, and operational standards. Monitor quality of care and family satisfaction. Family Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians. Maintain strong communication with families. Address concerns professionally and promptly. Preserve and strengthen the center's reputation for excellence. Qualifications Experience managing a childcare center, preschool, daycare, or early childhood education program. Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate educational programming. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Must meet all state licensing requirements for childcare leadership positions. Preferred Qualifications Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Management, or a related field. Experience owning or operating a childcare business. Marketing or business development experience. Compensation Compensation structure is flexible and may include: Base salary Performance bonuses tied to enrollment and profitability Long-term growth incentives
