Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program at Brookfield Christian School. This role is pivotal in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners and ensuring the highest standards of care and instruction. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the preschool program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development. Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth. Engage with parents and families to foster strong relationships and open communication regarding their child's development. Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards for early childhood education. Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling to optimize program effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within early childhood settings. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, parents, and children. Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
