•Caliday District Directors are responsible for 10-15 locations across Baltimore, Carroll, and Harford County• Within each Caliday School Age Program, you will find a team committed to inspiring children in new, fun, and engaging experiences that rally them in the exploration and pursuit of their passions. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, computer and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multi-site locations

Education/Experience:

Two-year degree in Early/Elementary Childhood Education or Four-Year Degree in any field MSDE Childcare Director qualified preferred Minimum of 5 years hands-on supervisory experience Multi-site management experience preferred Comprehensive knowledge of all OCC licensing requirements Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office
