Description:

RN/LPN Nurse Manager Full Time •$5,000 Sign On Award •Southridge Rehabilitation & Living Center, a progressive 108-bed Skilled, Long Term and Residential Care facility is seeking a dynamic and customer service oriented individual to join our team as our SNF/LTC Nurse Manager. Qualified candidate will have the ability to lead, guide and direct overall operations and coordination of care as directed by the DNS. This role works collaboratively with staff, physicians and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for residents. Supports the DNS to deliver high quality of care and assisting with staff and resident management. Excellent communication and leadership skills required and previous long term care management experience preferred.
