Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Child Care Center Director to lead and inspire a vibrant early childhood education community. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, develop innovative curricula, and foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will ensure the center provides high-quality care and education, while also engaging with families, staff, and the wider community to promote growth and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader dedicated to shaping the future through early childhood development. Duties Lead the strategic planning and management of the child care center to ensure operational excellence and educational quality Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that support developmental milestones and foster creativity Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and fundraising efforts to sustain and expand center programs Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives Cultivate strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and public speaking Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety standards, and educational policies Manage classroom environments by supervising teaching staff and ensuring high standards of care and instruction Experience Proven leadership experience in education administration or early childhood programs at a senior management level Extensive background in curriculum development tailored to diverse age groups Demonstrated success in fundraising, grant writing, or resource development for educational programs Strong management skills with experience supervising teams of educators or childcare professionals Hands-on classroom experience working directly with children and understanding early childhood learning principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, parents, and community members Knowledge of budgeting processes, strategic planning techniques, and compliance requirements in education settings Join us as we create inspiring environments where children can learn joyfully while building a solid foundation for their future!
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
