As a collaborative model integrating ABA, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology under one roof—Seasons is designed for better clinical outcomes, improved efficiency, and a stronger experience for children and families. We are a Missouri-owned organization led by a Missouri-trained executive team with deep roots in Columbia. Our President and Vice President—both Columbia residents and clinicians—have been with the organization for over 20 years and have implemented services across 150+ locations in 10 states, employing more than 500 clinicians including PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and therapy assistants. We are seeking a BCBA to serve as a Founding BCBA/Clinical Director to help design, build, and lead the initial ABA program from the ground up. What You'll Do
- Design and implement the ABA clinical model, including treatment structures, supervision standards, and care pathways
- Establish assessment protocols (FBA, VB-MAPP, etc.) and reauthorization workflows
- Build and oversee
BCBA/RBT
staffing structure, training, and supervision systems
- Collaborate with PT, OT, and SLP teams to create integrated care plans
- Develop clinical SOPs, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes
- Play a key leadership role in shaping clinic culture and long-term growth
- Manage clinic operations to ensure community collaboration, continuity of care, and success of services. What Makes This Opportunity Different

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Experience in clinic-based ABA environments
- Strong understanding of supervision models, utilization, and scheduling
- Experience with program development or interest in building from the ground up
- Ability to think both clinically and operationally
- Collaborative mindset with multidisciplinary teams
- Desire to expand services into select underserved communities to ensure services are available to children in need. Compensation & Structure
- Ideal candidate to receive competitive base salary of $120,000/yr.
