Job Description

Preschool Director l St Charles Campus Harvester Christian Church Position Information As a part of the NextGen team, The Preschool Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Early Childhood Ministry (birth-kindergarten), including Sunday programming, volunteer recruitment, development and appreciation, parent engagement and events. This role requires a heart for discipling kids, strong leadership and communication skills and, most importantly, the ability to build and empower teams of volunteers that help kids know the love of Jesus.
