We are partnering with a rapidly growing behavioral healthcare organization seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an established ABA center. What you will be doing:
Provide clinical leadership for an ABA therapy center. Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff. Promote high-quality, ethical, evidence-based clinical services. Partner with operational leadership to ensure successful center performance. Support clinician development through coaching, training, and ongoing mentorship. Maintain a manageable clinical caseload while providing leadership oversight. Foster a collaborative and positive culture focused on excellent patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical standards and best practices.
What you must have:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience supervising clinical staff and providing mentorship. Leadership or center management experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passion for improving the lives of children and families through quality autism services.
