Job Description
Job Summary Responsible for all aspects of the daycare programs to ensure children have quality care, teachers are credentialed and that all state and federal guidelines are in compliance. Summary of Essential Job Functions Responsible for all aspects of program development as required by state guidelines. Responsible for staffing and the supervision of all teachers and ensuring the proper credentialed. Responsible for receiving weekly tuition and maintaining the daycare budget. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, maintenance and safety issues of the facility. Responsible for ensuring quality care, safety, and the well-being of all children at the center. Ensure the smooth flow of the daycare program and the adhere to the stated philosophy. Responsible for coordinating staff meetings and parent conferences. Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 year associate degree in early childhood development with at least 2 years prior experience as a director.
