This pivotal role involves overseeing the development and implementation of engaging curricula, managing staff, and fostering a nurturing environment where young learners thrive. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of educational expertise, leadership prowess, and innovative thinking to ensure our preschool remains a vibrant space for growth, discovery, and community connection. Join us in shaping the future by inspiring both children and educators alike! Duties Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children. Assist with the school's curriculum coordination among the educators and assist with implementation Develop open lines of communication with educators, parents, and students—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child's progress. Support a qualified team of early childhood educators to continually enhance our superior reputation in early-childhood education. Handle registration and admissions for the school year Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations. Provide unparalleled customer service Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or leadership within early childhood education settings. Extensive classroom teaching experience with young children in preschool or similar environments. Bachelor's degree in education or a related field Strong background in curriculum development tailored to early learners' developmental stages. Demonstrated success in supervising staff, managing teams, and leading organizational change.
